- Uploaded files are stored in isolated directories with unique identifiers
- Access tokens are hashed using SHA-256 before storage
- Access to submission data requires a valid access token
- All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe
Important Security Note: While we implement security measures, no system is completely secure. You should not upload files containing highly sensitive or classified information unless you accept the inherent risks of internet-based services.
5. Data Retention
Your data is automatically deleted according to the following schedule:
- Log Files & Analysis Results: 30 days from submission date
- Payment Records: Retained for accounting and tax purposes as required by law (typically 7 years)
- Email Notifications: We do not retain copies of emails sent to you

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data only in these circumstances:
- Service Providers: Stripe for payment processing, email service providers for notifications
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or government regulation

7. Use of Log File Data for Model Training
Our AI analysis models process your log files in real-time during analysis to detect patterns and anomalies. This processing occurs exclusively during your submission analysis and follows these principles:
- No Persistent Training: We do not retain or ingest your log files beyond the analysis period for model training purposes
- Real-Time Processing: The model analyzes your logs during submission to identify patterns specific to your data
- Automatic Deletion: All log files and analysis results are permanently deleted after 30 days per our data retention policy
- No Cross-Submission Learning: Your log data is not used to train models for analyzing other users' submissions
Our analysis approach ensures your log data remains private and is only used for your specific analysis request.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:
- Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Deletion: Request deletion of your data before the automatic 30-day expiration
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
- Objection: Object to our use of your data for AI training purposes

We do not use cookies or tracking technologies on our service. Session data is managed server-side using secure tokens.
