1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CagsTech Sentinel's log analysis service (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

CagsTech Sentinel provides automated log file analysis using advanced pattern detection to identify anomalies and suspicious activity. The Service:

• Accepts security log file uploads from users
• Processes these files using pattern analysis algorithms
• Generates analysis reports identifying potential security events and anomalies
• Provides an assessment of the likelihood of compromise or attack
• Offers recommendations based on detected patterns

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate contact information
• Only upload log files you have legal authority to analyze
• Not upload files containing malware or malicious code
• Not attempt to abuse, exploit, or overwhelm the Service
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Payment and Pricing

The Service operates on a tiered pricing model based on file size and count:

• Small Analysis (up to 5MB or 3 files): $10.00
• Medium Analysis (5-25MB or 4-10 files): $25.00
• Large Analysis (25MB+ or 10+ files): $50.00

Payment is required upfront before analysis begins. All fees are non-refundable once analysis has started.

5. Data Retention

Submitted files and analysis results are retained for 30 days from the date of submission, after which they are automatically deleted from our systems.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

IMPORTANT: Please read this section carefully.

The Service provides automated analysis for informational purposes only. We make no warranties regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis
• The detection of all security threats or attack patterns
• The suitability of our recommendations for your specific situation

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

In no event shall CagsTech Sentinel be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

7. No Security Guarantee

CagsTech Sentinel is an analysis tool only. Using our Service does not guarantee the security of your systems. You remain solely responsible for:

• Implementing appropriate security measures
• Monitoring your systems
• Responding to security incidents
• Verifying our analysis against your own security expertise

8. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the log files you upload. We retain all rights to our analysis methodology, AI models, and the Service itself. Analysis reports are provided to you under a limited license for your internal use only.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access to anyone for any reason, including violation of these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
